We had initially visited the store to make an assessment of a tempur matress to buy on-line,however with the fantastic prices offered in store and with Chris's guidance we opted to buy there and then!We got a great deal,your even disposing of my old mattresses a problem in itself if we had bought online.

Gary in the st james retail store in northampton was a fantastic assistant, we gave him the sort of ideas we liked and he showed great product knowledge in assisting our choice

The manager greeted us and left us to look around and decide what we were looking for before giving advice. He didn't pounce on us or push us towards anything. For this reason we were comfortable being there. The price was acceptable and hopefully once it's delivered we will be highly pleased with it.

Chantelle, who was our sales assistant, was very technical and personable. She understood our needs as a customer and was never pushy but made my Wife and I feel at ease when we were purchasing our products from Dreams. A very good sales person.

Very welcoming and knowledgeable on the stock in store and what would suit our requirements. We had been in a few stores that day and were either ignored or swamped for a quick sale. At Dreams, it was neither of these just good old fashioned customer care. Thank you.
