Very friendly and very helpful

Delighted with the friendly but professional approach of the young man who served us. Pleased with being able to be assessed for the correct mattress using the ‘sleep machine’ as it’s so difficult to judge which mattress is best as they all seem comfortable at the time!

The assistant was very knowledgeable and showed us all options in all price brackets

I was greeted with a friendly smile, not pounced upon. I was asked if I needed assistance and listened to as I stated my needs. I was asked if I would like to take the bed test and as a result of that, taken through a variety of options. I was shown a range of products and prices; not once did I feel pressurised to make particular choices. I was politely asked questions to confirm what I wanted. Throughout the assistant was pleasant and knowledgeable. When I finally made my decision I felt that I did with confidence. The showroom was clean and airy and I felt safe re the covid virus. I was offered a drink, very welcome as wearing a mask for so long made my throat dry. Making the transaction at the till was straight forward, uncomplicated and I was offered gel to keep my hands clean before and after using the key board. I enjoyed the experience nd would always go back to Dreams for any purchase of beds.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a member of staff, Matt. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and came across as a likeable guy. Informed him of our needs and he showed us the type of products you had in which to fulfill this. My husband usually gets frustrated by sales staff, but Matt did not try any of the stereotypical sales patter and did not try to sell us something which we did not want or need. He shared his own personal experience of the products that he has in his own home, which provided us further confidence in the items. Although, he must have worked his magic somehow, as we went in looking for an ottoman, for storage, and came away with a Tv bed. We were very happy with the service received and enjoyed our time in the store. Both myself and my husband are into the alternative scene and due to the way we look, we usually get ignored (the case in Bensons and DFS) as we probably look like we don't have the capability to buy anything expensive. This was not that case with Matt though, he treated us like other customers, was friendly, approachable, respectful and funny.

I was highly satisfied because it was a comfortable experience ..The shop assistant left me to browse and wasn't at all pushy which I find irritating.

Matt was very helpful giving us time and space to make our decision.
