From the moment we walked in, we weren't hassled but the lady was friendly and willing to help. She had a great balance of not pushing but still giving help. The transaction was efficient, we were in and out in no time. I hope the delivery is as hassle free!

We were helped by Gary at Northampton. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional as well as friendly. We felt reassured that we were spending money on a good product and service and we were not at all rushed or pressured into buying.

Robin and John who assisted us with the purchase of a non-standard size mattress were very helpful and informative about the products, but were not 'pushy'. We were given plenty of time to make our choice and even given a cup of coffee. We were pleased to find we could get a British made-to-measure mattress in a 6ft 9ins length.
