The person we dealt with, Gary I think, was very helpful and knew his stuff. We left feeling like we got the best deal possible with the option of changing the mattress if it isn't suitable after 3 weeks.

I was completely satisfied with my visit to Dreams as my wife has been longing for a new bed plus she is very fussy but of late she has been working such long hours in which i have seen her drained and disinterested. Since we started having a new bedroom her excitement for choosing a new bed was overwhelming and to see a smile on her face while trying out each mattress was enjoyment enough. The person who looked after me was ROBIN, and he was most helpful in every respect. The delivery date that I wanted was perfect with regard to the work I am having done in my bungalow.

Quick service. Not too salesy

Both Chantelle and Gary, (St.James Mill Road, NN1) were superb. On entering the store, I was totally unaware the time was so close to the store shutting for the day and both at no point made me feel rushed or that I had to leave in a hurry. Chantelle's knowledge and information about the items was excellent and if she was at all unsure of anything she turned to Gary for confirmation. At all times during my visit Chantelle made me feel completely at ease in taking my time to make the right decision..afterall a superking bed is a big investment. Even after my credit check failed, (I do not have a credit rating as I do not use direct debits), there was no issue at all. Chantelle simply gave me the alternative option which I took, paid the deposit and all being well, I will receive my beautiful new bed next month. We did have a giggle over how the industry has gone into so much research to understand people's needs with a new bed. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and information given, so would have absolutely no hesitation in letting my friends and family know to definitely approach Dreams, (whether online or at the store), for their new bed. very friendly staff, listened to my needs, and made relevant suggestions and again reviewing after I changed my mind. They also drew my attention to a similar product to the one I was considering but that I could not afford and I opted for that instead.

I took my husband in his wheelchair and John immediately came to the door to open it for us. We had a good look around the store and then we started a conversation with John who showed us a range of products in our price range and advised regarding different mattresses. When we had decided what we wanted he was efficient in setting up the order and delivery.
