Very friendly staff member, attentive to our needs, explained various options to enable us to make an informed judgment. Staff member not distracted by other customers and offered us refreshments during our visit.

In and out quickly. Large choice of beds.

Gary was an extremely helpful and a very approachable dreams assistant. His product knowledge on mattress types was very helpful. There was no heavy sales push to buy the most expensive, it was all about the best mattress to suit us. Gary was brilliant with our little 1.5 year old, he kept her entertained with a balloon which gave us time to try several mattresses. A lovely shopping experience.

The salesman, John, was very knowledgable and very patient, allowing me to take my time trying the various beds we had both thought suitable for me Nice environment in the store, John was very friendly yet professional, good appearance and attitude, And would not hesitate to return in 5he future.

Staff in the Northampton branch were so helpful to me. I came in with an idea of what I wanted & staff were so quick to point me in the right direction, advising me on discount available as it's a holiday weekend, pillows that would work better on my bed choice. All in all a great visit & I'm very much looking forward to a great nights sleep very soon.

Salesman didn't hassle/pressure. He knew exactly what products were available and in what colours/finishes. We were offered refreshments during the ordering process. Staff were always available to answer questions we had, and took the hint when we wanted to be left alone to browse. Delivery process is excellent. Early phone call to advise of 2hr delivery window is brilliant. Bed was delivered just 30 mins into delivery window. Couldn't ask for more!

Everything was completed quickly and efficiently. The salesperson was able to guide us to exactly what we wanted after listening to our specifications and we ended up with a comfortable and attractive bed. Couldn't ask for anything more!
