The lady serving us was very friendly...explained the difference between the mattress we were looking at (cos we didn't have a clue)...no pressure to buy which was nice cos some places make you feel uneasy dreams didnt do that... Ladies name was Leighton.

The gentleman although not sales shared his 23 years experience of beds in pointing us in the right direction but made the mistake of telling us where he lived if we didn't get on with our new mattress

We were served by John, he was very helpful, friendly,nothing was too much trouble. As i suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis i was looking for a bed that could support my joints and still be comfortable. John spent time with my partner and i ensuring that we were satisfied, he even brought over some different pillows for us to try whilst we were laying on the mattresses. I am very pleased with my purchase and now thanks to John will hopefully have a good nights sleep at last!
