Dreams - Northampton

I was dealt with by John and Robin. Firstly by JOHN who explained mattresses to me and set the order up for the bed I'd seen online. Then by ROBIN who explained the flaxby mattress system to me. They also offered me tea and it was a great cuppa! The order was completed quickly and the options were laid out to me well even to the point of helping me out with a discount (to appease the wife!). A completely pleasant experience all in all - after all it's. Or every day you go buying beds and mattresses. Thank you for your help and making it so easy.

We were highly satisfied because of the service we received. Leigh came and asked us if we needed help once we arrived in the store and when we said not at the moment she left us too it, I hate being followed around as it makes me feel pressured to buy, she was however close enough when we did need assistance. She was very friendly, welcoming, professional and informative.

John helped us throughout, knew about the bed we were interested in, dealt with our order expeditiously and the delivery date suited us. No fuss throughout.

Staff are so friendly and they don't rush you in making decisions. They are knowledgeable and the products are to a high quality. Thank you very much for such a great service.

our needs were recognised and we were shown several products to our needs. once everything was explained we chose the most suitable item.

The 2 men in the shop were attentative and very patient and never pushy . They even entertained my son . I had gone in the bed shop across the road and no-one even bothered to ask if they could help! The assistants name was Gary . He is to be commended. .

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Because it's a big purchase staff were happy to look at different combinations. Staff were not pushy which is always good! Different options and prices were fully explained. Very good experience all round so far. I haven't received goods yet but will feel confident to contact the store if there are any problems.

The unbelievable price of the mattress i bought. High quality at an affordable price. And the sales person was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses on sale.
