I went to the Northampton store to buy a memory foam mattress, I was served by a lovely gentleman called Garry, he explained everything I needed to know about the mattresses, he was extremely helpful & polite. I didn't just buy a mattress I also bought a new bed frame. When I got home my husband & I decided that I should have got a frame with storage so I called Gary the next morning & he arranged for my order to be changed, I paid the extra cost over the phone, the whole process was so easy thanks to Gary. Looking forward to my new bed arriving.

The assistant was very warm and friendly. At all times he made us feel comfortable and welcome. There was also a large selection of beds to choose from which I believe to be very important.

The sales assistant was very informative, didn't pressure us . I didn't intend buying a bed yesterday but the service and attitude was so good did it there and then without going to my local store 100 miles away
