The man who served us was very helpful and patient. We had been in several times and each time he was very pleasant which these days is not always the case!

The professional, experienced, pleasant and very helpful manner of the salesman combined with the many choices of products.

We were served by Lee at the Northampton store. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was not at all pushy and was very genuine. He helped us find the correct mattress and also asked us what pillows we usually use at home and he got the equivalent ones to use in store to help us select the correct mattress. The transaction was very smooth and i opted for finance and it was a very easy process. I had no idea where to start with finding a new mattress but dreams did made it very simple. We were done and dusted in under an hour. Highly recommended.

Went into the Dreams store in Northampton with my 2 year old son, the gentleman that served me was increadably friendly and knowledgable. He explained the delivery times, showed me the different mattresses that would suit my son. His colleague gave my son some crayons and paper to keep him happy while I sorted the order out. Honestly...fantastic service. Very very pleased when I left.
