The man was very helpful and friendly.

The salesman (Gary) was very knowledgeable, efficient and explained clearly throughout the process. He is a credit to your company.

We only went into the store to start looking for a bed as ours is still not to bad, But when we started looking and the value of some of the beds we thought it would be silly to miss the opportunity to buy at the price we where going to be paying. We where in a bit of a hurry and was going to return at a later time to buy and take up the interest free offer and made sure we found out what day the salesman Gary was working as we wanted him to have the sale as he was so pleasant (and he deserves to be told ). but as we do not live to near I just paid by credit card and it took less than 10 mins to do all the necessary paperwork. So well done to him.

The service from the shop assistant was excellent , we asked him about the beds and he gave us the information we required , tried a few beds for comfort and we new which one we wanted paid for it asked delivery time , and got the answers straight away , we got our last bed from dreams about 9/10 yrs ago and was very pleased with it , so we have brought a similar bed but as we called it a tad newer model , at present we would say we a very pleased with the service thankyou

As a long standing Dreams customer did not hesitate in going to Dreams for our ne purchase. Staff very helpful and knowledgable. Understood our needs and provided advice on the options and choices. Always recommend Dreams based on our experience on this occasion and all previous visits / purchases

Although we live in Peterborough we have now bought two beds from dreams one last year and one recently. Both times we had Gary serve us and he was not only very knowledgeable but also very friendly. Top marks for Gary 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
