walked in to store was greeted with a nice hello from Gary not pressured at all took my time made my choice was reassured by Gary if it wasn't right I could change the mattress any time he suggested I try other mattresses first to make sure made me a lovely cup of coffee while I tried them out at no time as I hassled into buying at all great service
