Gary who was my sales assistant was very pleasant, helpful and friendly and ensursed all my questions were answered in full. Although I felt the items I bought were quite expensive for my budget I do realise that they were very attractive and of good quality. Despite my hesitation due to my budget Gary never once pressured me and let me ruminate over the decision at my own pace. Gary is an asset to your company but I would also like to add that on the occasions I have entered your store over the last few weeks all of your sales assistants have been very approachable and friendly.

The sales rep was extremely polite and patient with my father and I and listened to what we needed.

Very understanding and helpful colleagues while choosing a bed that was right for us. We were able to have the delivery the day we needed and they made it suit to us.

Robin gave fantastic service

We were in the store fairly late on a Friday evening, but even so Robin was very helpful. He even offered us a cup of coffee, which was gratefully accepted - a good cup of coffee too! His knowledge was good, he was personable and not pushy - my kind of salesman. A good experience and will be happy to return to make further purchases in the future.

Went into Northampton branch staff very helpful not at all pushy wrote everything down for me explained about all the different mattresses gave us pillows to try with the beds very impressed with the service given offered a coffe pet and was told about the 40 nights exchange if need be Colleagues name that helped us was Neil but other members of staf& were very pleasant

Dealing with tons of expenses as a new homeowner - I truly needed new furniture that was great quality but fit my budget. Visiting the showroom does not reflect what they truly have and how much inventory one can choose from so don't let the store be your first lasting impression. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My salesman - Robin was on top of my order from beginning to end and what I appreciated the most were the delivery and assembly fees. They were very reasonable.
