Upon entry the manager Gary greeted me and let me know he was available to support me should I need it. After browsing Shani offered me support and took me through the sleep match process which was great. I returned to the store a couple of days later where another colleague also called Gary was on hand to support me further. I had such a pleasant experience that I didn’t want to wait to return back to a London store and purchased the Bed Frame during that visit.

Gary, the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was friendly and approachable, we didn’t feel rushed and eventually found the bed and mattress for us.

Matt demonstrated excellent sales skills and was very friendly and professional throughout. He offered us a demo on the analysis be, some water (after some extensive bed testing) and pillows for comfort.

I liked that we came in greeted well very friendly Lied on bed got the mattress best suited for us then shown those mattresses choose the one and paid quick delivery nothing not to like
