Dreams - Northampton

Very friendly staff we had bed from dreams before we was very happy with that one

I walked in to the store in Northampton looking for a new bed for my son with a guest bed for his friends when they stay over I explained this to the staff and they took me to the products they had onsite I purchased and ordered the bed promptly but was neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the delivery dates two weeks my sons excitement has to be contained while he waits could of been quicker but hoping the bed is all he wished for when it arrives.

Robin was very helpful and friendly. He knew all about the different mattresses. Wasn't pushy and had lots of time for us.

The sales assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and made a great cup of tea. He encouraged us to take our time to try several mattresses. He was helpful without being pushy.

Service was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they took the time to explain every type of mattress and bed so that we could work out what liked and didn't like. We could try eveything and didn't feel at all rushed.

Friendly staff Ordered what we wanted didn't get bulldozed into buying other things we didn't need. Staff friendly Good service

We were served immediately by John, who listened to what we wanted then took us to the mattresses he felt were most appropriate. He talked us through the types he was showing us and encouraged us to try them. He bought over more supportive pillows and was understanding of my husband's back issues. He then went away to leave us to try the mattresses again, having offered tea or coffee, and told us to call him when we were ready. He then completed the sale promptly.

The man came to us straight away and helped us/ offered assistance but did not try to push us to buy extras. I visited a few days before and that man was happy to help then too. Didn't make me feel bad when I left without buying.

Gary was the only person that jumped up as soon as we came into help. He knew exactly what I was talking about which made it so easy to buy quickly and easily

They were very helpful and friendly and efficient overall we were very pleased .
