The lady that assisted us, her name was Larissa, was very knowledgeable and helpful and listened to our requirements before recommending a couple of options. She was efficient, polite and patient.

I came into Northampton branch without a clue with what I wanted, I was approached by Matt with a warm welcome into the shop, he asked us what we were looking for and helped us narrow it down to exactly what we needed! I liked the fact that he didn’t put us under any pressure during our visit! Unlike most retailers! Putting the order through was nice and simple without difficulty all topped off with a cup of tea made exactly to my awkward needs! Great work Matt!

The staff were very friendly and made us feel relaxed whilst looking around the store. They recognised when we needed help or advice and when we needed a bit of time to talk privately therefore not making us feel under any pressure to decide or make a purchase. They were able to answer all our questions and showed a good understanding of what we were looking for and gave us good advice on all the different options. Once the decision to purchase was made the ordering and payment process was simple and quick and we left the store very pleased with the purchase and the experience.
