Matthew the sales assistant was fantastic. He made me feel very welcome and at ease right away with great product knowledge.

When we first entered the store we knew what mattress we wanted but was unsure on which bed to get and whether we should go for a double or a king. Larissa was very helpful and with her guidance we managed to make the right choice. Very happy with our order and cannot wait for it to be delivered.

Prices were good and your representative was very knowledgable and helpful.

Friendly staff, attentive without being pushy, advice but not trying to get us to buy something - can't stand being hovered over or pressured

Matt spent the time telling me the difference between the 3 beds I had in mind to help me choose the best one for me, he showed me how they worked and also when through everything I had questions about. He was very friendly and did not rush me
