I came into the Northampton branch without any idea of what I wanted, I was warmly welcomed into the store by a young lad called Matt, he explained how the system worked and all the colours with all meanings, he then left me alone to my own devices to find out what I liked and what I didn’t like, I tried the blues for tempur and instantly fell in love with them! I was then invited to try the range with a lovely sort cloud pillow with a nice hot cup of tea expertly made! Initially I didn’t make the purchase but returned to the store on a few occasions each time received great unbeatable service and guidance! I came back in Monday to make my order which again went through without a hitch! It’s so great to see a retailer that don’t jump on you the moment you walk into the store! I liked the fact that with Matt I felt relaxed and could have a giggle and a laugh! Fantastic service! Matt is really a credit to not only dreams but Northampton store! I will definitely be back to purchase my children’s beds from your store again!

The sales team made us very welcome, we felt as if we have known them for ever, very comfortable approach to us, very keen to help and advise, have excellent knowledge of there products, made you feel very welcome, very friendly and fully supported our needs, didn't rush us felt that we had all the time in the world to choose our mattress, never got rushed to choose quickly, thee knowledge was so supportive and they were very professional at all times, made you feel so welcome and time was no essence , excellent customer services would recommend the team and the shop to any one

Assistant was very polite and non pushy, left us to make the decision and then came back to complete the order

W went to the store to buy a new bed our old one is 20 years old so dreams seemed to obvious choice. it didn't take long to find what we wanted and the sales assistant was very helpful and took our order also we got some new pillows and pillow protectors, I also saw a few other things in store and maybe one day will go back and purchase what I saw.
