You had best Quality of beds around and staff were nice and friendly

I came in looking for a bed for my child, Robin was able to quickly answer all my questions and help me to narrow down my choices very quickly with a happy bubbly personality which made me feel at ease, I was offered a nice cup of tea which was just fine and with a pillow for my head too! great service!

Good service

Was supporting my 34 year old son who has learning difficulties to a purchase a new bed. Gary the assistant was understanding and always available and also when we returned after looking elsewhere. It was a very hot day and we were offered a drink and given a cold bottle of water each which was desperately needed. Impressed with the vast selection of mattresses.

I went to Dreams as I have a major spinal issue and know I would get the adviced I needed there. The person I spoke to gave me that advice and suggested a bed and mattress that would suite my needs for a good nights rest. Hence the order. Very please with service I received.

Northampton St James store - sales person Larissa ( hope that’s right) had perfect balance of help and leaving us to decide - no pressure sales / didn’t harass us and made us want to purchase - we had previously walked out of Bensons for Beds due to heavy sales pitch which was annoying - Larissa was perfect and the main reason we purchased same day rather than coming home and thinking about it - she is a credit to your store in northampton and a benchmark for all other sales people

The salesman - Matthew was extremly knowledgeable and not pressurising at all. He went out of his way to offer a great customer expirience even making my kids hot chocolate to keep them occupied whilst we decided on our purchase.

I was extremely impressed with the help and detailed explanation of the products for my particular needs. The friendliness v professional need was extremely well balanced . It was the non hard sale approach and friendliness of the person I dealt with that actually made me return and purchase my bed / mattress.
