i was served by Matt. who was highly knowledgeable about the beds. i liked the tempur beds but were out of my price range. Matt showed me the hide &seek range that i could afford. he made myself and my daughter a drink. he didnt pressurize me with trying to make a sale. But was extremely helpful.

The staff member (Larissa) was friendly & helpful but not pushy. She showed me options of different price levels advising of the benefits of each one but was happy to leave me alone to try things out. She clearly remembered me from the day before when I returned with my husband which was nice. Altogether a pleasant experience.
