Fast, efficient and polite staff made this an enjoyable retail experience.

I liked the wide range of mattresses to test and the clear information on the differences between each mattress so that I could identify what I wanted easily

The assistant remembered us form the week before. Store was quiet. Beds/ mattresses were clean. Prices were reasonable & competitive. Colour coding of product type was useful. No hard-sell. 30 day SWAP is great idea.

Sales assistant took time to understand our requirements and then found suitable options from which we were able to make our choice. She was knowledgeable and friendly which gave us a good experience
