Compared to other sores, the staff listened to my needs and guided me to what would work best, price could have been a bit lower. But staff were warm and friendly and offered refreshments. I purchased in Northampton and have previously been to stores in Stevenage, the staff in Northampton were so much more welcoming, worth the 40 minute drive !

So we came in to try the advertised sleep analyser I thought even though I could potentially spend more it would be worth it for the first time in my life to have a proper sleep. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and the person was really polite and Professional. We went on the machine and he showed us the items that were suitable and using his skills and experience threw more into the mix, When we were narrowing down the options he gave us time and space to chat about things and didn’t force anything upon us. We decided to buy, he put no pressure but by the way he was he chose to buy from you. Very good and an asset to the company
