She took the time to understand my needs, understood the need to think about it so there was no pressure at all and despite the furniture village slating the product, she and the manager we able to explain things. And I got a cuppa tea while we had to wait for Barclays

We were served Matt who we found to be very helpful and accomodating -- he seemed to understand the products well and engaged in freindly conversation whilst going through the sales process. Liked the 0% Interest Free option & that the process to get that was relatively simple. Overall a very good experience.
