The shop assistant was very quick to help and we had chosen a product and ordered it all in under 20 minutes while the shop assistant provided pleasant and friendly conversation.

Found a bed and mattress which my 89 year old mother liked, and could get onto - she is vertically challenged.

Amazing service, options all laid out and allowed tome to browse

I just wanted to say what a fantastic service I received from a young lad called Matthew who talked us through the process and explained everything in detail to us, especially regarding the finance process. I bought a Hypnose mattress and all because of the excellent customer service that I received from Matthew, I will be back to buy the other mattresses and beds for our new house, once we move in.
