Had a great experience thanks to Larissa she was very helpful.

We made 2 visits to the store to finalise our purchase. On both occasions we dealt with Matt who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave the appearance of enjoying his job.

Very friendly and easy to order

It was a great experience being dealt with by such a professional sales team and John the salesman. Being from a sales background I was really impressed. I only went in the store to look at electric beds and ended up spending £1698 on a bed. The store and staff are a credit to the company. Thank you.

Matt who served us, showed us several different options/budgets etc and listened well to our responses, offering good advice when needed.

The gentleman that served me was great, he was very attentive but also gave me time on my own to discuss the purchase with my family. He was not pushy but very helpful. He got the approach exactly right. I have left stores without purchase due to pushy sales people. Chaps name was Mark, he did a great job.

Assistant was very kind to my impatient and bored 3 year old daughter. She listened to our price budget and found us a lovely bed within our budget. She didn't try and sell us something we couldn't afford which usually happens.

The sale assistance had good product knowledge and was very helpful.
