We came for a mattress - we bought a mattress

Good service and price point.

The reason why we were highly satisfied with our visit was because the sales assistant although he made himself known to us. He then left us alone to browse and try each mattress at our leisure whilst still making himself available to answer any questions we had. He was very pleasant and friendly and at no time did we feel pressured to buy anything, unlike our experience at some other stores. Very enjoyable visit

On entering the store we were greated with smiles and hello’s, given enough time to have a look around independently before meeting an incrediblely bubbly and knowledgeable young woman called Larissa. Larissa’s knowledge base, patience and energy for her position knew no bounds, from encouraging me to lay on the beds and even jokeingly offering to do so with me so I didn’t feel so self conscious to collecting different pillows from around the store to experience maximum benefit/ comfort. The amount of different stock available to ‘try’ and the offers in place exceeded expectation the store its self was clean, tidy and well organised. Over all it’s was an Great shopping experience that I will be recommending to family and friends.

The sales assistant was friendly and made me laugh, he gave me the space to make up my own mind which I appreciated.

I found the young man who served me was exceptionally helpful as was not quite sure what I was looking for. I kept changing my mind and it didn't bother him at all as he was so so helpful and friendly. Offered me and my husband a cup of tea or coffee whilst we were there for about an hour! I had to telephone him on my return home to change the date of delivery and he was so kind and had changed it to a more suitable date. Very pleased with all the staff who were so friendly and cheerful on such a miserable wet day! ten out of ten for this store.
