We went into the store with vague ideas about what we wanted, but no real idea of what we were doing. Matt, the Customer Service Bloke "Colleague" was awesome. He talked with us, showed us some examples of everything from beds to pillows, then let us explore without hovering or being awkward. He answered our questions and could then suggest new items for us to focus on. It was getting late in the day, so the cup of tea he made me hit the spot perfectly. Top notch service. The ordering process was easy and quick, and the two week delivery time is very acceptable. Thank you. We hope we wont need the 40 day sleep guarantee, but that is a genius idea.

Friendly happy staff knowledgeable and not pushy let you look but we're nearby if you needed help.

Larissa our Northampton sales person was highly knowlegible of all the various products on show. She was very polite and offered us tea whilst we were trying out the beds. We were not pressurised at any time to make a purchase.
