The assistant, Larissa, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She did not push us into making a decision but showed us the various products that seemed to meet our needs and let us get on with trying the mattresses at our own pace.

The employee was really helpful and went out of his way to get me the deal I wanted.

The lady who served us was very friendly and professional in her job, we were offered tea and coffee, and once the order was submitted, there was no rushing to get us out of the door. She was very friendly, and during our chat, gave me an idea to take my grandson during the school holidays. Excellent service

I have ordered over £5000 from dreams previously because of the amazing team in Northampton St James. I ordered £4000 this time for the same reason. Approachable and kind. They dont shove products down your throat as experienced in watford. They just listen
