John who helped us gave enough information to assist us without giving so much that we were confused. He gave us time on our own to try the products, answered all our questions without hesitation and was not at all pushy. Pushy sales people are very intimidating and we usually just walk away but this was certainly not the case at Dreams.

Larissa made sure we were looked after and promptly took care of our questions and was amazing with our two children (6 and 3!). We enjoyed the whole experience which was unexpected 😀
