The store was clean and tidy. We we're welcomed when we arrived and felt Covid safe. We had time to look at the items in store before we were offered assistance by an extremely helpful assistant, Shani, who was friendly and helped establish our needs before showing us to the most suitable mattress for us and arranging the heat day delivery for us.

The person we dealt with Gary was fantastic he was so patient with me, didn’t rush , gave lots of different options

The young girl was very helpful new a lot about the beds. My only complaint was i spent over a £1,000 and had to pay for my old bed to be took away and also pay for them to put together

The sales attendant, Charlie at Northampton’s St James retail park was really good

Matt was a great salesmen and will business with him again

Very helpful staff and friendly , we got what we wanted and not rushed us , but let’s say efficient

The sales assistant was very helpful and not pushy , like they can be in other shops. He showed me exactly what I asked for, explained the different prices and showed me colour swatches without being asked. So all in all I was very pleased with my Dream’s experience
