The assistant was happy to answer our questions and suggest similar mattresses to try. I was concerned I wouldn't be approved for finance and she was very reassuring and helpful.

It was the the gentleman sales assistant that swung it for me, the knowledge of the product he has, and listened to my requirements, and my daughter who also was well impressed.

Sales team were friendly & listened to my requirements. I knew my price range & they didn't try to hassle me to spend more. Whole procedure was dealt with very efficiently. I would like to particularly mention the two guys who delivered my new mattress & took away the old one this morning. They were held up on the A14 but kept me informed & arrived exactly at the time they told me. They were very polite, friendly & considerate, covering their shoes before coming into the house. I can't praise them highly enough & I hope these comments get back to them. Sadly, I didn't ask their names.

The man who served us in the store (John i believe) was very friendly, knowledgeable and even entertained our two small children so that we could choose the bed and mattress that was right for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he answered all of our questions.
