I needed the right mattress as was suffering from severe backache following a newly purchased mattress from Next. After explaining this to the store man he put us on the bed diagnostic machine and choosing a mattress following the results of that was very easy and was able to make a decision in a short space of time. He then helped with finding the correct pillows.

We went in to the shop the staff were very friendly gave us time to look around before asking if we need help which I like. When they offered there help I was satisfied with their knowledge and customer skills. It was a quick and easy transaction.
