Dreams - Northampton

We had a great experience at the Northampton store. We went in there to find a replacement mattress.the staff were very helpful and friendly. The salesman was very knowledgeable in his products..we didn’t feel rushed or pushed to buy,

What we noticed first on entering the store was the fragrance I love that touch. The salesmen Gary, Matt and Robin were all very friendly but never did we at any time feel pressurised. We were offered a drink on walking through the door and feltvery relaxed.

With assistance from John we selected a mattress which suited us.

Had bad service in one of your competives. Gary was brilliant and it was a pleasure being served by him.
