The salesman, Matt, was very helpful and gave good advice. We had 2 kids with us who were running amok and the staff we fabulous with them.

The salesman was very helpful choosing the right matress, I knew which bed i wanted but he took his time showing me how to use the Letterman lift. Would definitely use dreams again😀

I went into the Northampton store, not really sure what kind of mattress would be best. I was greeted by Matt, who got me to take the sleep match ‘test’ which showed which type to look for according my needs, this was super easy to do and made my life a lot easier, the sales assistant took me over to the beds and got me to try them out, he then left me by myself which was great as I wouldn’t feel comfortable with someone standing over me! He came back over once I was done testing them all and explained the difference and pricing etc. I knew which one I wanted so we went over to the desk and priced it all up for me. He offered me a drink, which he made for me. He managed to get me a delivery within a couple of weeks and on a day that was perfect for me. Overall, very lovely service from a lovely salesman, would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!
