Dreams - Northampton

I had seen the product online and the staff member helped efficiently and in a friendly manner. The price online was much cheaper however it was no longer available so I purchased it in store for considerably more money. The staff member was informed and helpful and the product was what I wanted.

I purposely went back to this Dreams store because of the excellent service and products I had received there years ago. My faith was completely justified as the staff were professional, courteous and knew their stock absolutely. After being given time to test mattresses and receiving good advice without pressure I made my choice, purchased and chose my delivery date in record time. Thanks to everyone involved.

Gary was incredibly helpful on the day. Even though he knew it was very likely that we would be completing our purchase over the internet (because that's how we bought another item from Dreams). He went to great lengths to help us find the perfect mattress for us. At the end we didn't have to buy online and bought it from the store. However he did all the job knowing full well there was a 90% chance he wasn't getting any commission. May I add that it would be great for your stores and your staff if you were to implement a way (maybe a box at the end of online purchases) for clients to let you know if they've gone to a store before they bought the product online. This way you will be able to recognise the hard work your guys do in store - maybe even get some commission out of the online purchase.
