Service and support was exceptional, loved the machine to test the best mattress for you and not only was the service and support great I was also educated on the stats of products and how the prices compared to others based on quality

Initially we were just seriously looking in that we did want a new matress - however it was the professionalism of the salesman and team that turned this into an actual purchase - If the team weren't freindly and helpful we would probably just had a look around and then left

Mattress and when I could not find the one I wanted Matt my server went out the back and found what I was looking for and brought it out for me with no problems and a very friendly matter. He then found me a great deal of a free mattress protector to go with my purchase. I was. Very happy with the level of customer service
