all colour coding on beds was explained and the staff in the store were very friendly and helpful. We went into the store to look at beds.....and ended up buying our bed as we were so impressed.

We called at this branch to get some ideas on all our mattress options and pillows ,as our previous mattress purchase from BENSONS failed to live up to expectations. Indeed the mattress sank in the middle after only 18 months, and BENSONS refused to rectify, stating it was within their limits. After talking with Mario at Dreams, who explained all the possibilities pitfalls and prices and generally being extremely helpful, we decided to make the purchase there and then. Our experience was totally different than that of BENSONS who were supposedly a top company
