The gentleman that helped us listened to what we needed. He let me lie on the test bed to find out wish bed was best suited. I’ve had a back operation and needed an orthopaedic bed but wasn’t sure if I needed a firm medium or soft bed. He helped us make our decision and he helped us get the best value for money. Very pleased with our purchase.

Gary was not pushy and really knows his stuff he was very helpful and friendly he did not push the more expensive items but advised me on the item I was looking at or advised if there was a item of the same quality to compare then let me decide what I wanted

The staff were exceptionally helpful in every way. Starting from the moment we walked into the store all through the order process. Even though we had little knowledge about beds, the staff gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. He did all this in a friendly and welcoming manner. All the staff answered all our questions even after asking the same question multiple times.

The salesman that dealt with us was very friendly, non-pushy and made the experience very comfortable (pardon the pun). He knew his stuff and was brilliant at explaining the best mattress for our needs, we’d definitely return in future because of him

Gary was great on the first visit in the day. He was very knowledgeable and friendly that when we returned later in the day it was very important to make sure he dealt with us. Great customer service.
