Gary was a great salesman, leaving us to wander and try products with no pressure and always on hand to answer queries.

The assistant was attentive but not overly so. He explained about the mattress assessment system that I tried, which seems a good idea. I was happy with the choices that were available. I explained I was a hot sleeper, which removed one of the four choices. I was very satisfied with my choice and visit.

Worker who helped us was knowledgable and gave great feedback on items we asked about.

We were greeted very warmly when we walked into the store by Matthew of the Northampton branch. We were unsure what we actually wanted to buy and came in just to look, but Matthew asked us if we wanted to try the Sleepmatch machine to help us start. This worked fantastically well and we tried the suggested mattresses where Matthew talked us through each one using his expertise and skill, before we finally settled on the Barton mattress. There were pillows provided for every mattress test which kept it very comfortable and realistic and Matthew spent time really answering our questions to find out what we wanted throughout. We were offered bottled water and when we wanted to go and have a think about which mattress we wanted, Matthew understood this. We didnt think that the experience would be this easy, but Matthew really did an excellent job.

The staff were able to put a chunky person at ease saying the would be able to find a bed a mattress. The computer that predicts ur mattress is amazing and secretly wanted this with the neck and hip support

Extremely satisfied and Gary (big Gary) Northampton store was extremely helpful and my daughter and myself were together on first visit and he was very knowledgeable on all items and an extremely well mannered and friendly gentleman...and was helpful to us both and my 2nd visit was with my husband whom has m.s.again extremely helpful and we purchased a bed and a base and bedding...gave us bottled water and a good deal...10 out of 10 for satisfaction....
