Gary who served was very helpful and explained the different beds and mattresses. This why we brought 2 beds and mattresses. I have even called Gary since and ordered a sofa bed due to his kindness and excellent service and time he gave us. Even offered and tea and coffee whilst in the store. Excellent service from Gary

The staff were friendly and helpful with my grandmother offered her a cup of tea while she choosing her mattress helped us to decide which mattress would be best for her and was very knowledgable on the mattress that we purchased my grandma couldn’t have been happier with level of friendliness and helpfulness in this store it was brilliant

I had done a lot of research on mattresses beforehand, and had decided that Dreams was the only store that could provide exactly what I wanted. After explaining my requirements, I was immediately shown the particular product, and invited to test it out. I was told to take as long as I wanted, without being pestered to make a decision. I had a few queries, and these were answered very quickly, so I felt assured about my choice. I needed to double check the size of mattress, but after returning home and measuring up, I decided to drive straight back to the store to place my order. I could have done that over the phone, but I was so impressed with the assistance previously given that I wanted to personally thank the salesperson. My order was placed quickly, and without any problems. I was given a delivery date, and told about the time slot text. I left the store feeling that I had been a valued customer.

Good and friendly service took time to understand what I needed

Greeted as we walked through the door my Matt who spent a lot of time finding out what we were looking for and offering advice. Impressed with the sleep monitor. Matt was very friendly but professional and a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend thus store to friends and family.

The service and people were great

The help instore was informative and then I was left alone to try products and make a choice - I much prefer unobtrusive sales people!! I then ordered by phone because I wasn’t sure on delivery dates when I visited - this was very easy.

Staff knew exactly what we had asked for and confidently and quickly gained quotes

Customer service advisor was so nice and friendly and not pushy on trying to upsell he just wanted to help us with what we needed. First time buying a bed and he made us feel very at ease
