Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, didn't make you feel rushed or pressured in to buying but was there to show us the different beds that were suitable for us and happy to leave us to try the bed without hovering around. Found the bed 'tester' at the front of the store an interesting way to chose the right mattress.

I had been trailing round looking at mattresses for a while. The chap I dealt with was so helpful and polite. He explained about the mat's in a bag and how they work, was able to show me each type on a bed so I could see the quality for myself and even carried the one I purchased to my car. Many thanks.

The assistant we saw was very efficient and really helpful with our enquiry and when we placed the order with you. He talked us through all our options and explained everything.

despite there being a few customers in the store and hardly any team members Matt was very helpful and gave us the time we needed and listened to what we had to say. He alone made the experience for us he was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He is a credit to the store.

Everything was acceptable about our visit

We received excellent customer service while at Dreams. My partner went into store on the Tuesday and a helpful friendly man named Gary helped talk through all the products and offered excellent advice. Myself and my partner then returned to the store the next day where Gary helped us again. He was very patient and understanding and we left purchasing our perfect bed. Superb customer service

The young man who served us was excellent. He was not in the least pushy but informative. He took us through the "assessment bed" which was interesting and clever. He then showed us relevant items. We asked for a quote as we wanted to shop around. At the next store the service was very poor and although the beds were slightly cheaper (about £20) we decided to go back and order from Dreams purely because if the good service.
