Great sales man in the St JAMES Northampton branch (Gary). Good knowledge, was very friendly and gave us a good quote and options. Only down side was the store was BOILING in temperature!

The staff member was new but very helpful. The staff member who was training her was amazing also and made sure he showed us the actual colours of the different beds which really helped make our mind up on which bed we wanted.

Sleep match was excellent, matched myself and my wifes to a perfect mattress. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and down to earth. Product knowledge of the staff was excellent, he knew exactly were and what to show us to meet our needs. I was expecting a high price for a king sized mattress but was exceptionally surprised at the very competitive prices. Good brand, good service, couldn't ask for more.
