Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he understood when to give us space and when we needed him. Matt was very approachable, and willing to talk price since Mattressman was cheaper. We bought with dreams as Matt provided a superior service to Mattressman.

I went into the Northampton branch (St James) after a terrible experience in bensons prior. I was really confused and didn’t know what I wanted, Matt was really friendly and helpful and the sleep tester machine in magic! Found what I wanted for a great price too! Thank you Matt :)

The assistant at the Northampton store was fairly new but was friendly without being too pushy. She showed us a good selection of beds, making sure we knew what we were looking for. She also took time to help find what we were looking for.

Gary was welcoming and funny, and most importantly very helpful with showing us the available beds and mattresses. he actually recommended the mattress we fell in love with, and got our order through perfectly. Many thanks
