Our sales person was Mathew, he was efficient, polite, knowledgeable and got the sales patter and leaving us to think and talk about our purchase spot on. He did our comfort assessment, which is great. He makes a rather good coffee as well. We left the shop not feeling pressured or stressed. Well done Mathew, 100% to this young man.

The product was what I was looking for and I had enquired the week before, but on checking if the product had been further reduced for Black Friday deals, I found that it had. This was the decision-m aker for me.

When I entered the store , immediately Big Gary approached new asking what I was interested in. He was polite professional and very helpful.

Big Gary, helped us around the shop showing us the different types of beds that suited us,, he was very helpful, not pushy like most sales people, he knew everything about beds and explained how the sleep machine worked. He even made us tea and coffee, he made it a wonderful experience.. He is a credit to the company, easy to talk to and very welcoming.. a pleasure..

Was taken care of from the minute I stepped into the shop from a really friendly man named matt gave me all the information I needed and didn’t try to persuade me to buy the most expensive item even made me a cup of tea excellent customer service
