Dreams - Northampton

I walked into two stores nearby only to be ignored. The moment we walked into dreams we were acknowledged and welcomed by all staff nearby, big Gary came straight over to assist and was extremely helpful and friendly from the beginning. We were offered drinks on two occasions while in store and didn't feel rushed or pressured in the least to buy. I will definitely be returning, and sending my friends and family here! The customer service was top notch!

Had a coffee made for us and it was a really good coffee! In a mug too! No hard sell got left to have a chat about things and not pressured into buying today.

Excellent customer service from Shani. Took the time to really understand what we were looking for. Listened to our top end budget and didnt push us to go over it. Very knowledgeable. Showed us a variety of options available and talked through different options. Was the 3rd store we walked into that day and she secured the sale based on her customer service & approach.

Shania was very knowledgeable about the product. She also helped us to find pillows and advised us on a mattress protector. The bed was in the sale so we were really pleased with the price. We did the sleep survey so our comfort needs were met and our individual needs were also considered.
