Fantastic service. I was served by Shani. She took us to try the beds that determine which bed types are more practical for me and my partner. She then took us around to try and test out the most suited mattress types. We were served coffee and had a very warm welcome. She was also very patient and waited with us whilst we were deciding on the mattress and bed we wanted. Shauni was also very personable and was willing to help with the cost every step of the way including working out all of the 20% off costs for the January sales.

The sales person John, listened to our requirements and was helpful. We did not feel Rushed, he was friendly and the ordering process very quick.

Good customer service and advice

We were put at ease and placed on the bed analyser, this gave us the best mattress specifically for us. We tried the selected mattresses and picked the most comfortable. We were offered tea or coffee. All our questioned were answered in a friendly informative manner

Sales assistant Shani very helpful and knowledgeable. Shaun took over when Shani had to deal with another customer but still answered all of our questions and explained everything clearly.

Excellent service in the Northampton store, the manager Gary helped us, very down to earth and friendly. We had only come into the store to browse but his level of service was brilliant

Happy with assistant who took the time to understand our needs and price range and directed us to a quite a few with details of construction. Her name was Shani which was on a name badge and she was very helpful.
