The staff member called Matthew Cooper I believe who works as an Assistant Manager at the Northampton store was extremely helpful and provided fantastic customer service, even providing support with the mattress I purchased and carried it back to the car for me.

The salesman was friendly and efficient, showed good product knowledge and wasn’t pushy.

I knew I would be really pleased because I have always been treated very well at Dreams where I’ve always shopped for my beds. This time wa exceptional as far as customer service was concerned, the young man even made me a cup of coffee and my son a cup of tea. When I left the store I was so happy because I had bought a lovely bed at a good price from a very friendly group of people who obviously enjoyed working together. Good atmosphere for customers.

We were impressed with the environment and store layout, but mostly the sales assistant was very quick to understand our needs and point us in the right direction. He was very knowledgeable, attentive but never pushy. Also sale reductions felt reasonably genuine.

There was a lovely choice of mattresses and staff very helpful.

I was able to try out the mattress matching service and from that a colleague showed me all of my options and listened to what I wanted.
