The item was in store to look at, the assistant knew the product well enough to explain in detail the difference between the two items I was looking at.

Shani was extremely friendly and helpful, she greeted us straight away and offered us a drink. Assisted us with choosing the perfect mattress and answered all of the questions we had. Overall it was a very easy and nice experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
