Good choice of beds and mattresses. Friendly and non pushy staff. The bed to assess which mattress is best suited is very impressive and most helpful. Store assistant Big Gary was very helpful and informative.

I was served by your colleague Big Gary. I entered the store on a busy Saturday and Gary apologised and said he would be with me in 10 minutes. He said he would return with a hot drink for me and my partner. Sure enough he soon returned with the drinks we asked for. He strongly recommended your Sleepmatch Machine to which we reluctantly agreed to. What an amazing machine. The machined recommended a very firm mattress. This we would never have chosen. But once Gary explained all the different mattress types and we tested the firm mattresses the machine recommended we were astonished to find how comfortable and pain relieving the very firm mattress was. After much testing we settled on a Hybrid very firm which was also on special offer. Gary was so patient, friendly, helpful and informative. I cant thank him enough as we both suffer from back pain. Five stars to Gary, a credit to your company. Next purchase will be the Tempur pillows Big Gary let us use.

As soon as we entered the store we were asked if we needed assistance with anything, I specified what we were looking for and Gary was able to tell us in much detail what we needed and what products were available. We were offered tea and coffee serveral times during our visit. To find the perfect mattress we tried the big machine which was very helpful. After trying 6/7 beds, and being made aware of the most suitable for our needs (according to the machine's results) we found the perfect bed. Gary made us aware of a similar bed for a cheaper budget which was perfect for us which we then went onto purchese with his help. He made the process easy and sold it to us very well so it was an easy decision to purchase the mattress.
