There is an excellent selection of mattresses all color-codes to type which really helped our selection process. Your colleague who served me was great.

We visited the Northampton branch of Dreams first thing in the morning we were the only couple in the store but both assistants were polite and welcomed us. The assistant that helped us with our enquiry was a young lady. I was put at ease straight away with her knowledge and understanding of the products and where they could be viewed within the store. She answered all our questions, aided us on choice of bed frame and mattress, explaining the different types what the composition of them was and gave us a choice and options within our price range. We then completed the order with the relevant insurance, trial period and disposal options. Gave us a selection of delivery options and dates. It was a really great experience from start to sale.

Very friendly and helpful staff, Shani was able to show us a variety of products and help us with our choices. Big Gary was friendly and pointed us in the right direction when we wanted to place an order, Shani Also helped massively given our short time frame for delivery.

Two members of staff were helpful a young lady and an older man. Best bed choice around.

We entered the store and was pleasantly surprised about the amount of matresses available to test out, after just leaving a competitors store who did not have what we needed. We were straight away seen to by Shani who very quickly offered for us to use a matress test machine which helped identify the best beds for us, this was extremely effective machine in identifying beds which overall we were very happy with including the bed that we ended up purchasing on the day. Shani continually kept us up to date on when we could make the order as there was a bit of a queue and not enough computers available to see everyone at once. The wait was not to long and Shani offered complimentary beverages. Shani had a good knowledge of what was on offer and what would best suit our needs and specified when things were below or above our preffered price point. Ended up paying a bit more than originally intended because Shani was very patient and was not pushy at all and deserved the sale. Many Thanks, Dan

Plenty of information given by staff member, plenty of time to browse
