We went to the store after looking online to buy a bed base and had a budget in our mind. Soon after entering the store as we were looking at the beds we were approached by a very young lady called Shani, who who after introducing herself asked us what were looking for today. We told her that we are looking for a bed base and how much we wanted to spend. She showed us few bases and we found what we were looking for. So we choose the colour and was asked if we also want to buy the headboard which we declined. We went to the desk for the paperwork and were asked if we need a coffee or drink of water. We were also told about the services provided for delivery,assembly and recycling of the old bed wHi how we accepted.

As soon as we walked into the store I knew what I wanted and the sales person Charles was on hand and ready to assist us straight away and answered all our questions. The experience was pleasant and efficient.

Charlie was a great advisor. He was very personable and listened to our needs to ensure he found us the right products. He wasn’t a pushy salesman and made the whole experience a pleasant one.

I have visited this store before and was happy with the assistance I received while ( just browsing). Today I was greeted by Shani who was very helpful, pleasant young lady. After explaining that I'm on a tight budget she had me try out a few mattresses and we quickly found one that suited my needs. I was extremely grateful that Dreams offers a military discount. Thank you. My overall in store experience was far more pleasurable than I could ever could have imagined. The banter with the staff and the bottle of water were a relaxing touch. hame delivery time will be so long. Cheers

The staff are all readily available but not pushy. I was served by a male member of staff who was very helpful and enabled me to choose the correct mattress for my posture. The machine is amazing.

I wasn't going to buy today but I had so much help from being measured for my bed, I was given a nice hot drink I was taken around some beds and they were explained to me and I found it very informative
